Does leadership talent breed with the lead person? Or is acquired through education and experience accumulation?

An excellent question.

Leaders are made and leaders must inhabit their roles for others to learn and follow. Therefore leadership talent breed with the lead person. Leaders needed to be more like mentors and coaches.

Employing and allowing use of knowledge creatively is more productive than just employing knowledge.

It's a mixture of both. Mr.Jawad emphasised on a main point that is with experience we grow more confident of our abilities and thus leadership becomes easier to be achieved. however if not enhanced by personal motivation and strength then leadership won't be achieved.

Leadership is built-in part of the personality, but it needs training and experience to be noticed. It is like diamonds that you pick from the ground and then need to refine it.

Leaders are born not bred.

If I consider experience as a systems then education and leadership skills is sub systems of this experience systems. As we continue completing our education, we expereince more knowledge and this knowledge give us the confidence of debate in front of large audiance. With the time, more study more methods that enhance our knowledge and this knowledge gives us leadership skills. 

 

Sir, the more knowledge you have, more confidence you have and this confidence florrishs the leadership skills. However, there are many examples of people who have very good knowledge even better than leader of the group but they are lacking the confidence of debate in front of large audiance. We can not separate leadership from education and experience.
