What is collective bargaining? Do you agree that as a result of collective bargaining by trade unions cost of production has become too costly ?

Do you agree that as a result of collective bargaining by trade unions cost of production has become too costly leading to export of most production jobs to China? Case study- Matchbox was a major toy manufacturer of UK. But now most of its products are made in Asia and matchbox is only a British Brand name. HP does not produce its computers and printers in US any more.

Yes I agree with you that collective bargaining can increase the production cost. However, as human being, employer has responsibility to ensure the worker right demand as wages and facilities.
