 Typical value of Vth is around0.5V to0.7V for an N-channel EMOSFET and -0.5V to -0.8V for a P-channel EMOSFET. however, as temp rises, VTH falls. also you will get value of Vth in data sheets with specific ID and VDS= VGS,
