UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) & STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) differ from each other primarily.

As;

Twists in the wire pairs is inversly proportional to EM interference.

So, more twisted pair gives less EM interference (i.e., crosstalk) within the cable and thus gives a better signal quality at the receiving end.

the reason of utp and stp become same  twisted to prevent electromagnitic interference.

The reason of UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) UTP cabling does not offer as high bandwidth or as good protection from interference as coaxial or fiber optic cables, but it is less expensive and easier to work with. And STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) become same twisted to prevent electromagnetic interference.

A pair of wires forms a circuit that can transmit data. The pairs are twisted to provide protection against crosstalk, the noise generated by adjacent pairs. When electrical current flows through a wire, it creates a small, circular magnetic field around the wire. When two wires in an electrical circuit are placed close together, their magnetic fields are the exact opposite of each other. Thus, the two magnetic fields cancel each other out. They also cancel out any outside magnetic fields. Twisting the wires can enhance this cancellation effect. Using cancellation together with twisting the wires, cable designers can effectively provide self-shielding for wire pairs within the network media.

To eliminate the EMF Electromagnetic Field generated by high frequency electrical signal in same line, each line generate opposite EMF that eliminate the other line

Utp and stp cable are twisted in pairs so you can send and receive a signal , it works by sending the same signal down both wires of a pair only in reverse polarities, when the signal croses its self at a twist it creates a pulse so the devices can tell the signal from noise on channel

Both of them are twisted pair,  to reduce the noise from outer environment on both cables.

gives less EM interference within the cable and thus gives a better signal quality at the receiving end

the reason for having copper wires being twisted is to nullifying the adverse effect of Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI), that is the more number of twists per unit length, the  better will be the quality of signal flowing through the cable.
