A tool used by project manager to track the failure rate so that quality level is within limits is control charts
i thnk no..coz basicaly quality is a mind set of production ppls good design proper matetial tools and machines... then QC jsut follow up for the instruction to match with product requirements make quality...mostly places use CNC WHICH ARE NTO GOOD FOR MASS PRODUCTION thay are jsut for sample and modle production which reduce production target thoug increse in quality.... it can be handle only educted places not with normal production places unemployment and uneducated places
