How can I keep constant pressure inside the diesel engine cylinder?

The pressure inside the cylinder is variable depending the position of crankshaft and depending the load. So the pressure is not constant. 

By doing the preventive maintenance in time and with the engine oil having right viscosity  and quality grade. Keep the air intake  and cooling sytem properly maintained.

By maintaining of constant pressure inside the diesel engine cylinder, is to conduct the preventive maintenance schedule properly and follow the instruction manuals.
example; used the proper types of oil, do not used the oil not recommended in manufacturer.
