Yes I would, however, a teacher should always be cognisant  about cultural sensitivities as well as teaching restrictions as per contract

When your students are learning English having diverse objectives in their minds then they are indeed in need of a student -focus strategy.

For instance one student is trying to learn English for work in office, the other wants to get admission in an institution of higher education and another one just want to focus on day to day conversation. All the three need different strategy to go through.
