1. Finishes his work timely, and proactively asks for additional tasks,
2. Willing to learn and contribute more to the tem.
3. Always willing to help others in solving their problems, as well as proactively seeking help/guidance to solve problems.
4. Actively tries to find issues/risks and provide his proposals/solutions.
etc..
According to me, the person who complete their works accurately within a time limit and always ready for the new challenge. That means he is best and sincere workers.
Believe me, as a good manager, you don't need to see results to identify good workers. You should notice their love to work, take responsibilities, their involvement in all issues that concerns the company and to put all their efforts for the sake of the company..
It is best identified on the output/result of their work and not on words.
