it is refered to essence of your personality, most of people dont work hard and smart but they are always boastful of thier hard working, ultimatley they dont succeed to the extent they boasted about, but a few people have a lot of knowldge, work day and night but they usually remain silent and dont boast about thier abilities and hard working, and in return when they succeed, thier success makes louder noice  among those who are making noise about thier abilities....... simple

It applies to people who just quietly get on with things, they let others do the talking whilst they concentrate on doing the job.

Questions relating to success always have a mystery apporach, no one could have reached at a consolidated and commandable point to answer the question of success.

What I have experienced is as below :

The best thing which I got to know about success is that SUCCESS IS RELATED TO TEARS ONLY ON BOTH PRE AND POST STAGES.

Before getting success tears comes out of our eyes and after getting success tears comes out of our eyes. So what I prefer that, we all are the media of things getting done and the only almighty is there who is making us to do things, so, success and failure both are of him only.

This helps us to remain netural in both conditions either success or failure.
