Are you able to work under critical conditions like if any major problem arises how will you able to come out of it?

i think we must seprate personal problem from our work, its too hard to do but its needs.

and if problem faced us at work we should fined causes of it then we try to solve it

Yes I m able to work, if problem arises , first to define the problem then look towards possible solutions through discussions and going into more detail , adopting algorithmic approach to solve it step by step

i think yes. open minded and expert in my field of work, that will give me a leading edge over my mates here. however, if i am faced with something i dont know i would really take my time to find a solution.

in the field, its something else. its like war you need to lead and be bold when taking decisions. otherwise no body will follow. and of course experience should be there too. 

Find the route cause of the problem then rectify the problem. Root cause segegrate based on operationwise, employess, material.
