Yesterday I was watching a documentary on National Geographic, about the ANTS. The main thing I noted is the cooperation, co-understanding & daring to touch the limits beyond the capacity was at its best. The management attributes of taking a granular sugar at their food stock was very impressive. The point I want to discuss is that :1) Just see the engineering of nature, the management of nature, who told or teach the ants to follow the extreme attributes of project management, business management, cooperation, taking care of nearby. No body, its naturally in them. As same we do all have the same naturally by default. The need is to just identify the abilities of our self. Do you agree with me

I agree and there is no way anybody would disagree with the fact that Ants are a Vivid Example of Communication Leadership and Teamwork thus an Inspirational Species.
This example is of Teamwork and Communication you will find in Presentation of Trainers of many Companies to help employees to take a Lesson from it and How much we learn from it depends!
A Great thing about ants is that when they look and seek food they have both Leaders and Followers in their Ranks.
When the Leader Ant finds a new Source of Food they would rush back Imeediately to the Colony to Share this Good News and Lead other Ants to the Souce of Food this is an Example of Great Team Work and Communication and Colloboration and Sharing is Caring.The Leader Ants Show the Way Lead the Follower Ants to the Source of Food.The Follower Ants not only Learn the new route but also remember the mile stone and land marks on the way to food and the Leader Ants would also be Slower at times to help the Follower Ants to catch up.
God made things are amazing at work........Like Machine they do their job as desired and fashioned.....I fully agree.

Ants are specially designed entity , which work in teams and may layers or leadership upto queen. most animal have one superior quality which make him different and survive. But God made Human above all these entity, Like Cheetah can run upto68 mph and human only23 mph but then human invented machines can run upto550 kmph and more.
Yes we have to identify our abilities and work on that we can set new records or examples.

ANTS are a symbol of Thrift n industry. Humans are the most benefited creation of ALLAH (SWT) and has the ability to learn things very quickly. We have to learn descipline, unity, obedience and respect from ants. Rest you already mentioned beautifully.

Ants are programmed in their brain DNA to perform all these functiona in a natural and instinctive way . Same thing (to some extent) with bees in their own kingdom and their bee hives ...There is a lot to learn from these examples
