Stakeholders are the group or individuals who can affect or is affected by the achievement of the organisation. Stakeholders can be customers, suppliers, owners, employees and local communities.

 

In the era of high speed Internet were market (people) have access to optical fibre broadband,4G and3G and number of subscribers are rising.  According to Facebook statistics report there are more than1,310,000,000 numbers of people use Facebook in a month across the globe. The figure is as good as population of a country and many of them are stakeholder.

 

Content published on social media can change stakeholder relations.
