You cannot avoid spending money . Your employer might shoulder some of your expenses but  Along the way you will be required to use some of your cash. If you see it as investing on something that will secure your future then why not take  the opportunity?  just be sure that your employer comes from a stable organization and the one youre applying for is not some scam.
