What's meant by Concept of (Reward And Punishment )?Also can it applied in any status or not ? what is the effect of applying it all the employees ?

It means that the one who work will be get back in return and the one who didn't work will be subject to some kind of Punishment according to the ineternal company policy, Second it MUST be applied in any status to reach for internal control of the company in order not to let thw work flow done by love and not professional busniess wise, finally the effect is higly postive as each one will work will be sure that at the end of day the company see his / her effort and will be reward back by money or title or even a words on mail to let the rest see who is work , mean while the others who don't work MUST be subject to any Punishment to let others see thats not apply on paper only as internal company policy , at the end i dream that all compaines apply that as most of companies these days takes in its considrations any recommondations or relatives or family concept when hiering any in the companies by sequence not all the employees will have the same tasks or even the same treatment which leads to highest turn over for these companies.
