Yeah definitely it is science we define science in very simple way by a single word of systematic..... administation is also systematic....

Yes Administration is a combination if both science and as well as arts. When we are conducting research on any specific issue then we have need to evaluate correctly with different scientefic method like SPSS.

If you mean the execution of managerial duties, basicall it is classified as art. But when you go into great details and auguements, it is viewed as science.

In my opinion administration depends on the task or office and the most suitable person to handle the position could be an art or science profesional provided he/she will yield the required result.        

Pertaining to managing "People Problems" is both art and science
