Not all companies & not all sectors

There are  some big companies in KSA  are looking for IFRS & IAS

I think the reasons of not looking  for   IFRS & IAS

* - High salaries required

* - Thinking  no need to  IFRS & IAS  qualification

* -  Unknowing of the importance of  IFRS & IAS

* - Most companies  local  not global

* - Easy islamic  taxes system

Are you talking about government sector in Saudi Arabia ?  or private sector ?

I am NOT sure of the status of what you are asking about, but I know that regulated industries like banking and telecom follow the regulations, mandates and guidelines placed by the regulatory organizations for these industries as in the case of commercial banks following SAMA regulations

Well, May be you've not complete information regarding the recruitment of employees. But I think the multinational companies and well known companies are not practicing as you described.

In other hand

It's simple that professional persons required more salary packages than unprofessional persons.

Unfortunately, some companies don't even know the values, services and benefits of professionals in their firms

This is totally wrong statement, I believe most qualified accountants can be found in Saudi Arabia
