What is better. A job or self employment? Why?

Being in the Middle East nowadays I believe having a secure job is the ultimate goal.succeeding in self employment requires a risk assessment,starting a business at this stage is risky and you have to keep in mind unless you have reduced your personal expenditures,staying with a job is better at this point in time.

BEING YOUR OWN BOSS IS THE BEST THING, SIR..........

In order for a healthy economy to function properly both types of work are equally important. It depends entirely on the individual on what suits his/her style.

Entrepreneurship is not a job, it's a lifestyle and the first10 years can be really tough, so much so that about50% of them do face near bankcruptcy. Although it looks fancy from the onset, its better to ask those who have had a taste of the experience.

 

Just consider, if everyone (100%) of the population had their own business then who would do a job ? And vice versa if everyone (100%) of the population did a job then who would do a business ?

 

So both are important and it depends on the individual.

Self employment is better than job because there has a innovative ideas for getting the entrepreneurship.

I prefer job.. because I am not in a situation to own a business. . even if I hav money or I can own a business I will do job because in job u can get a lot of experience and knowledge and in own business u can get only money.. if I do jo I may not get a lot of money but I can b happy beacuse I wil get a sure salary by the end of month even I dont do overtime.. may some people dont agree with me but I think I have a reason to prefer job.

For me, self-employed is better if you have enough experience to start your own.
