Well i think reading the datasheet and usermanual of different RTU and PLC vendors will help . Also same for Control Center software. Try asking questions from experts. and well most of site experience. Try to check configurations and setting done by your colleagues for other projects. Attending comissionings will give you great experience. Good Luck!
