Hi Deon,

To be totally honest thats a big debate, ( because me the most important thing is the convenience of both)., which is not impossible but truly difficult sometimes, due to in same cases you have to sacrifice the beauty of a concept for the functionality of the design.

As a Creative and Concept designer, I really visualize something that is not going to be accurate to the end result, main reason is:

1) Customer expect your visual, If you design something which it would modified their own concept Idea, it would be difficult to satisfy their requirements.

2) time costing of produce something that is not easy workable is high, due to research, thinking and development.

3) Is important to be accurate to the clients requirements and expectations of the concept , but more important is provide a margin to the company you working for.

So what do you think?

The beauty of the Concept or the workable Concept?

Hi,

in my opinion, it is Analytical Skil. Analytical skill is the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make decisions that are sensible and based on available information. Such skills include demonstration of the ability to apply logical thingking to gathering and analyzing information, designing and testing solutions to problems, and formulating plans.
