Desktops or Servers

Use CMOS jumber on the motherboard or remove CMOS battery.

Laptops

Laptops are not that easy to remove the bios password. You can try removing CMOS battery if it resets the bios password, if not then downlad the bios reset utitily for specific vendor and use that to remove the password. If nothing works remove CMOS chip on the motherboard but thats very rare, only on some newer models you have to remove the chip otherwise you can do that without it.

just remove the cmos jumper in motherboard and again put it again in the old location

Locate the CMOS jumper. The jumper will usually consist of3 pins, though on the rare occasion,2 pins (requireing you to supply the jumper itself). This often is labeled with "clear," "cmos," "password" or some abbreviation that indicates it is the password jumper. It is usually located near the CMOS battery, or processor. In laptops, it is often a dipswitch at the bottom of the laptop. Consult your motherboard documentation to find the location if you are unsure of where it is located.

Remove the jumper. Reinstall it so that it covers the pin that is currently not covered. For example, if it covers pins2 and3, change it so that it covers pins1 and2.

Turn on the computer. Check to see that the password is cleared. Disconnect the power cord, and open it. Change the jumper settings back to the original position.

Firstly if it is a desktop computer related question then I totally agree with Shoaib and in addition there is a jumper situated on the motherboard on which you change the position of the jumper in order to reset the Bios passwords plus any other settings will be also resetted.
