Ramadan and workplace.

In Ramdan usually energy level gets down and this might affects our working. So to remain active and energize for long hours do take carbohydrates, drink plenty of water and have enough sleep to remain fresh at work. Any idea or tips to share??

with u said should be not eat with high salt or fish in sohor
