If we found Micorsoft Exchange server is an open relay, what would be the cause and how to make it closed relay ?

Open relay is nothing but unknown user can send emails using the server nor from or to local users.

Hi,

 

Microsoft Exchange server is not configured by default as open relay, if you want to reconfigure it then you have to configure the accepted domains and SMTP connectors.
