What is best way to replace missing maxillary lateral incisor if Implant is not an option?

I would consider a Maryland Bridge from the aesthetic and conservative point of view.

fixed partial denture is the best option for missing lateral incisor for aesthtic purpose and comfort of the patient

A lateral incisor not being replaced by an implant can also be replaced  usind a resin bonded resotoration like a Mary land bridge using canine and the cental incisors for the wing support.

Care to be taken to ensure fredom of contact of the lateral incisor in protrusive. Only condition warranting this option is, if the bite is deep or traumatic.

Alternatively a acrylic partial denture(flipper) could also be given if the patient cannot afford the other treatments but this is not  the best option....

Dear sir to replace an lateral incisor other than implant best is to give an cantilever bridge using canine as abutment and this option fulfills the ante's law as well
