What are the advantages and disadvantages of remote support?

Here is the List of Advantage and Disadvantage for the remote support

Advantage

1. It can save your time specially when your in the house or holiday

2. You can solve the problem easily if this is for application problem (like Microsoft Office)

3. You can multitask also

 

Disadvantage

1. When you dont have any internet connection within the vicinity

2. If the problem is in your operating system or your remote application

3. If the problem is the hardware like network card

Save money and time to spare spaces and repair sooner holidays And defects If problem in harddesk or fan I can not work remotely
