==We see fewer truly effective leaders than people stuck in positions of leadership who are woefully incompetent at worst and seriously misguided about their own abilities at best.
This can be due to lack of honest self-assessment by those who aspire to leadership in the first place.
== It’s important to realize that just because someone holds a position of leadership, doesn't necessarily mean they should.
Put another way, not all leaders are created equal.
So, to identify the true leaders can be achieved by pointing out three things that should be obvious, but apparently aren't: =1= to have a great capability to assess each situation on it's merits:Your leadership should be when you have to,not all the time.
You have to build your right decisions after deep thinking with the appropriate solutions, and only take charge when their position, and/or the needs of the moment demand it.
Don't presume that it's your divine right to take charge every time.
=2= to be Practical leader: you have to see much more than you do, understand the value of action and see more than everyone else: answers, solutions, patterns, problems, opportunities, threats.
They know it's vitally important to do, but they also know that thinking, understanding, contemplation and interpretation are equally important.
=3= to be Effective leader: You change people to achieve outcomes.
Build and Develop strong, capable teams that are goal- achievement-oriented and hit their targets.It is dedicating, not leadership to fixate on outcomes to the extent that you manipulate and bully others to achieve those outcomes, because you are not motivate others by this action.

The3 signs could be: Risks & Responsibilities Ability Leading others by example Caring & Sharing with TEAM, always The LEADER is suppose to possess many other finer qualities to be called a "real" Leader.
It is always carry a great responsibilities, ASSIGNED, and also, ASSUMED to be a true LEADER. 
If there is a mistake, no doubt, it is the burden of the LEADER alone to bear, but, if there is a SUCCESS many hands will raise to share the fruits.

Leader and manager are same terms except some qualities few of which are;1.
A leader is visionary and do not only work as a manager and manages resources.2.
A leader is exemplary, he sets an example to others to follow, rather directing people what to do.3.
