Teachers today are consuming the knowledge and not reproducing it. could you please tell us what the reasons are?

They need training.

teacher are now more relying on google based knowledge and other study helping guides.so, they despite of generating and self-learning depends on those..so that might be the reason.

Because they have not ameans & good environment to discover , in addition they don't know a value they have had & the real evaluation for their rule

The reason could be the inability to transfer the knowledge to the level of understanding of the students.This can also happen if the true essence of a particular topic is not absorbed by the teacher.
