A compliment is a polite remark that  you say to someone to show that you like their appearance, appreciate qualities,or approved what they have done.feedback tells you how well or badly you are doing or how you could improve.criticism is the action of disapproval of some thing or someone.

in my point of view compliments will give hapiness or relaxation of work for one day but critism may be make you down or upset for some hours but it must be put encouragement and positive attitude inside to get back your position of your working group to get a relaxation in future for long term.

Compliments- the good,- are positive but dont tell us how to improve.

Criticism -the bad - are negative but dont tell us  how to improve.

and Feedback is the helpful.- can be positive and or negative but does help us to improve.

The focus of   feedback should not be on the person and the situation but the behavior.
