What are some good fonts for technical documentation?

Usually in Excel file,i use only two types fonts for preparation of any chart/format:1) Arial(normal) &2)Arial Bold(for heading).We should not use various type of fonts for different files,should maintain similarities(to make standardize).
I think these two types fonts are standard fonts.Yes,some times i use Roman(plain) and Roman(bold).

Try use the Calibri, calibri light, Cambira, Tahoma, Century, verdana, and arial
