Fact-less fact tables are those table that do not store any facts/measures.
Think of a scenario where HR dept of your organization might be interested in analysing attendance on a particular date for a particular department.
For example: Daily Attendance Table that is storing attendance of employees per day per department.
If you have to devise the structure of the table you will not store any count but just a record with date and time, department number and employee id.
