- Avoid nagging colors and use the appropriate colors  - Slides simple and clear  - Use the proper size lines not less than 18 nor more than 44 colors are consistent with the background color  - Do not distract the audience with images in the show have nothing to do with the subject of the lecture - Do not use the sounds associated with the emergence of a new slide or draw - You can use a short video recordings or audio recordings as long as they show something important has to do with the subject - Between each slice and other appropriate time

The point of a great presentation is to communicate effectively and leave your audience talking about your presentation.
Visuals are fantastic because they can really enhance a message and speak explain better than words.
However, you must mix various visual media, pictures, video, colour and engage your audience by using questions or even getting a volunteer.
This mixed approach works very well and keep audience engagement to a maximum.
Hope this helps.

Having a good visual presentation can help but the most important part is the trainer, there are many things that you can do to make the training more interesting.
- change your voice tone while talking - be funny when you should, it helps the trainees by keeping them focused on the presentation.
- interact with your trainees -don't read your presentation bcz everyone can read the content -use white board or animated slides when you need to make the idea simpler.
