In this video (ita sub eng) I talk about the mobber, the protagonist of workplace bullying. To sketch an identikit of this subject is not easy at all, because those who report these problems are the victim, so to create the mobber’s profile it’s basically a bank shot. The several psychological interviews I've done with people who have suffered bullying or other harassment at work or have experienced a period of work maladjustmen, allowed me to track different kinds of mobbers, often overlapping in their role.
