Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments & ensuring all Sales staff have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings & sales appointments, obtain missing information & following up with customers about their order status.
Communicating new products & offers to relevant customers list.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information & payment details.
Checking orders to ensure it has the correct prices, discounts, product numbers & delivery dates.
Maintaining & updating sales & customer records.
Compiling regular sales reports for their respective region/team & managing sales tracking tools.
Expediting orders through internal liaison with Supply Chain.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Compiling list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, & providing sales data & guides to the sales department.
Conducting customer satisfaction reports and market analysis reports.
Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, & providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, & other problems.
Handling administrative duties for the company & its executives & management teams.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Skills:
English Skills: good command of English reading and writing
Microsoft Office Skills: excellent “Specially for Excel & PowerPoint”
Communications skills including Tele-Communication skills.
Previous experience of SAP, Sales Force and/or any other ERP systems is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, supply chain or administrative positions is preferred.
