General Summary:
As a Travel and Expense (T&E) Senior Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and roadmap for the travel and expense function on a global scale. Your role involves driving enhancements and ensuring compliance with all T&E processes across the company. This encompasses the establishment of globally standardized T&E processes, both regionally and globally. It also involves responsibility to drive execution excellence within the Travel and Expense team, focused on meeting or exceeding defined success metrics and quality standards for deliverables and business outcomes.
This leader must demonstrate strong communication with key members of Qualcomm’s Global Accounting Organization and relevant Global Process Owners (GPOs) to deliver best-in-class execution and build a continuous improvement mindset into the organization. Additionally, you will oversee the management and development of staff, cultivate key relationships with end users and external vendors, ensure Sox compliance, and spearhead efforts to enhance departmental efficiencies and automation. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding and inclination towards automation possibilities in the T&E space, which includes, but is not restricted to, AI, any other form of efficiency in the said space
