Azure Data Engineer

Job Role:

The company is looking for experienced Data Engineers to join our Data Engineering team. As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, evaluate, and test data infrastructures. Source system analysis, data modeling, business measure development, and report/visualization formatting.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, safety, state, and federal laws, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandatory high-level development proficiency on T-SQL and SQL.
• In depth expertise developing pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF 2-3 years) and SSIS packages.
• Working expertise with Azure Data bricks
• Knowledge of developing ETL/ELT processes between Blob storages, staging and SQL managed instances.
• Knowledge of Azure integration runtime both self-hosted and SSIS self-hosted, private endpoints, private link services, Key vaults, and ARM templates.

Skills:

• Develop/create T-SQL and SQL stored procedures, functions, views, triggers.
• Knowledge of table partitioning.
• Design/ debug and tune complex SSIS packages, including importing data from various files, moving data from one database platform to another.
• Lift & shift SSIS packages to Azure SQL manages instances.
• Convert existing SSIS packages to Azure ADFs/Azure Data bricks
• Utilizing logic apps to streamline ADFs and other processes.
• Basic management of Azure instances
• Nice to have good experience with the PowerBL reporting solution.
• Must have knowledge of BI Reporting Solutions Life cycle.

Experience: 6+ Years

Work Mode: Full time -  HYBRID MODE 

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Time: EST Time 9 am-6 pm (6 pm-3 am Pak time)
