Provide needed information, reports and in-depth analysis reports to support the sales team to manage the business fundamentals in support to achieve the corporate targets. Cross functional liaising with several departments on key business needs including budget tracking, budget reconciliation and various administrative tasks
Coordinates internally with sales, marketing, finance, supply and demand teams for the various tasks assigned.
Maintain an updated record of the sales forecast/budgets and document any time of revision or amendment.
Maintain an update product libraries with all changes in product codes or introduction of new items and make sure that it is needed to conduct the required trade listings.
Issues daily distribution, penetration on sales analysis reports to assist the sales team to monitor the performance of their teams.
Manages internal sales tools including Budgets, Customer Spend, WHS stock levels, Freshness, Distributor Stock Levels, Trade Visibility, Visibility Drives, POSM Placement, as well as Sales Incentive Schemes.
Operates the JDE system to maintain updates reflected on timely manner.
Issues specific analysis reports based on internal data as and when requested
Expert knowledge of MS-Office, excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Written and spoken fluency in English & Arabic languages
3 to 5 years’ experience in administrative role, preferable in FMCG, with experience of accountability of frequent reports delivery and tracking
