Role Overview
This position is based in Jordan and is pivotal in monitoring our sales and operations both in the UAE and Jordan.
Intro: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, focusing on expanding our market reach and enhancing revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales processes, from lead generation to sales closure, while providing strategic leadership to the team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team, setting quotas, evaluating performance, and developing sales strategies.
- Inbound Inquiry Handling: Oversee the response to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Customer Guidance: Ensure the team assists customers in selecting products, focusing on technical specifications and commercial benefits.
- Negotiation and Quotation: Lead negotiation discussions; oversee the preparation and dispatch of quotations or Proforma Invoices.
- Sales Closure: Drive efforts to close sales and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date sales logs and reports.
Supportive Responsibilities
- Customer Visits: Conduct and oversee on-site customer visits and generate necessary documentation (Invoices, DOs, PLs, COOs).
- Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service and support ongoing business development activities.
Scope of Work
- Technical Discussions: Lead in-depth discussions with clients to address their concerns and queries, and suggest suitable product configurations.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to the team, enhancing their ability to understand and sell complex measuring solutions
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry developments to provide strategic insights to both sales and product teams.
