Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Accountant Cum HR Executives. This role requires proficiency in both accounting and human resources management, along with a pleasing personality and perfection in all accounting duties, including VAT returns filing and balance sheet preparation. Candidates with a typing speed of 50-60 words per minute and a pass in a typing test are preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of VAT returns and other tax filings.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal-setting.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in both accounting and human resources roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in VAT returns filing and balance sheet preparation is essential.
- Typing speed of 50-60 words per minute with a pass in a typing test preferred.
- Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
