Here's what you'll be doing at Bosta:

• Day-to-Day Technical Support: Provide technical software engineering support to ensure the stability of Bosta’s main services, achieving SLA targets for fixes.
• System Stability: Understand the critical importance of maintaining a consistently stable system and collaborate closely with the team to achieve zero bugs in released features for Bosta's main systems.
• Small Fixes and Database Queries: Assist with minor fixes and database queries, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
• Database Management: Manage and interact with the database to support various operational needs.
• Metrics and Reporting: Help build metrics and reporting tools for support activities to track performance and improvements.
• API Development and Management: Develop, manage, and monitor APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and integration between systems.
• Integration Solutions Design: Design and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless interoperability between software systems.
• Integration Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure they are functional and reliable.
• Software Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure software solutions to meet specific client integration needs.

Who you are!

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong academic record.
• Experience with open-source technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and both relational and non-relational databases is preferred.
• Strong eagerness and willingness to learn.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
