Because (( Customer )) is the core for any company which make the compan keep on going and not close down , as if the company didn't do that , by sequence the customer will leave your company and look for another which satsfiy his / her needs.
Businesses are based on needs and problems of customers, based on their behavior one can understand what are they actually looking for (can be something new or something that already exists but haven't been identified)
This understanding of customers can help us understand how, where, what, when & whom to target.

Because customer is always right and we have to listen to customer first. we have to satisfy the customer and for that we have to listen him always what ever he suggest or complains the service.

3. Production depens on customer demand.
