How to Program VFD in a close loop (PID) for a PUMP Application?

To program VFD in close loop operation for pump you have to take a signal as feedback. If the motor has an encoder connected with it then taking encoder feedback will be necessary otherwise you have to take current feedback to control the close loop operation.

Please note that current feedback control will not be completely accurate so it is advisable to use encoder speed feedback.
