The easiest way is to have Black color in color slot
The reflection shoud be White and you have to check the fresenal
and change the fresnel to be20 in refractor box
set the Diffuse color to0,0,2 (black) but not full because if you make it0,0,0 that output of your image will be incorrectfor the Reflection set it to90% or240,240,240 this set i use to chrome or any shiny surface, and set your Reflection Glossines to0.998 which is give you a little bit of roughness, and set your IOR to20, and Check your Fresnel.
If you are enable Gamma/LUT Table Correction you should do Like this
V-Ray Chrome.
Diffuse0,0,0
Reflection220,220,220.
Fresnel Refection UnCheck.
If You want satin Effect Also Change Reflection Glossiness1 to .7 and increase Subdivides
also you Wish to change anisotropic effect BRDF parameters Anisotropy .9 local and Axis X
