What skills shall I do to be qualified word processor clerk?

MS office knowledge particularly MS WORD with good typing commands

 

minimum typing skill35 to40 wpm

 

and internet surfing knowledge.

 

Good typing skills are a must for this position, also having good Microsoft Office knowledge as well. 

i need  to have compluter knowldge  , accounting knowledge  , to know one to two languages ,  to get training from professional  trainer   , good typing skills, patience  

Excellent typing skill

should have a very good typing skills.
and know the documentations....

you will need to be well organised, logical, methodical and accurate.
You also need to be able to work quickly (a typing speed of between40 and50 words per minute is the usual requirement).
Good concentration and nimble fingers are therefore required.
Be prepared to spend a lot of time sitting down and looking at a VDU (Visual Display Unit).

you need to have good knowledge of the Microsoft office package especially words and excel then a good typing speed. you also need to have a good Language background in other to excel.

having good command on shortkeys.
