To overcome your biggest fear, You need the biggest courage....... Everyone doesn't have such big courage to do this, so they live with their fears thougout the lives.
I ageed, the easiest and most effective way to get rid of your fears is to make yourself exposed to them periodically one by one ........ just like vaccinating someone against certain diseases.
THATS TRUE FACE THE DEVIL one day rather to get afraid of him whole life,,, best method to teach young kids to get rid of their fears.
Until one does not expose himself to its biggest fear one day he will not know the way to overcome it.

I agree with you. Fear is one of the problems wehave and we have to face it by identifying its causes and identify how to handle those causes to eliminate the problem or idealize it
