How do you handle dismissals in your working life? Question answered from both employees and employers.

I didn't think before to do that because everyone is in need to money so I use other methods instead of dismissal.

But the dismissal is a must in some special cases all of us know them.

But still the dismissal is the last card I use after much thinking at least for me.
