yes its always good to be in comfort zone but it kills your eager to grow.
you call it comfort zone , I name it staying at peace with one self and others , it only happens when you identify yours and others self space/worth and respect it and rather than intrusion every one develops mutual respect for existence either in Business or Personal life.
Now, You say Nothing ever grows there, IMO suppose we talk about business and if you are at peace with your competitors and you are not running in the same race (seeking together) as happens in competition rather you have explored & chosen another ground to run i.e. going beyond competition by creating value monopolies (by the integrated value of the product/service). That’s the way to success & revenue generation.
Now let’s talk about personal life as well, In Personal suppose if you are at peace with yourself and your partner or people around you by creating symbiosis & maintaining mutual respect even love grows there which is otherwise an ideal never to be achieved…
Eating the same fruit daily will never let us know what other fruits taste like.
Comfort zoners or satus quoers are niether change seekers nor challenge takers. They are risk averse, and are bound to stagnate as others pass them by. They are not willing to put in what it takes to get out of their comfort zone. They prefer the known to the unknown. They dare not venture, and make the necessary jump to get out of the pit. They have fears and a pessimistic outlook. They expect the worst, and do the least.
I agree with you. We are all certain that there are other who working there lives to progress and grow. Whoever live in acomort zone will be left alone and the longer is his/her stay he harder it will become to catch up.

Yes Bro, professionalism does not grow on comfort zone and its like a prision also.
But always keeping the tough zone also have negative impacts on our life, so we should maintain balance between the comfort and tough zone which helps us to hold the reputation and also to learn new skills.

If people need to excel in life, they need to come out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves to grow and achiever their full potential.
