What is difference between Client and customer in project management?

The Client is from whom the order is recieved,  and customer may the the person who is end user of the product/service

At a business level the terms Customer and Client tend to be used interchangeably. I would distinguish between them loosely as follows: Client = user/buyer of services Customer = user/buyer of products
