In my opinion, the only difference is taking RESPONSIBILITY.
Training is a structured instruction on how to do a task. Experience is how to use that training to get the task or tasks done in real life. Its like driving a car. You can sit in a classroom for weeks and learn about how to operate a car and rules of the road. But you can't drive until you get behind the wheel and feel what its like to drive.
The difference is same as it was in college..... the book knowledge is not good enough to survive in real life situation (Market). or what is thought in books is not the case in the Market / Real Life
