What are the main similarities in the approaches of Lean, Six Sigma, & ERP initiatives?

Six sigma .... is about   QUALITY

lean .....  isabout ... AGILITY

ERP .,.. is about ...  OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

The companies leveraging the similarities of the three approaches achieve dividends in both the short and long term. Those similarities include: Shared objective, Shared commitment, & Shared focus.

It's all about reducing waste and process control. 

Waste = any activity without added value for the customer

All of them belong to Business Process Management (BPM)

Main similarity is to get able to analysis the datas or business processes

Lean, six sigma and ERP initiative are comes under 1) improving  product quality, 

2) reduction of cost and

3) Saving time
