They will be classification tools which will be helpful for employers and HR filtration to get the shortlisted candidates. Specialities are not expressing the exact field activities but give an image about personality. Yes specialities are useful and add value to this site and our CVs.

In my opinion YES, because here lots of our seniors keep close eyes on our activity while we answer to any question which shows our knowledges and skills.

I also have request to them if they any jobs in their companies they can prefer us (Bayt family).

I think we have to make it work to find a job for us rather that expecting it to automatically find us a job. Through this specialities we get the opportunity to learn, to understand concepts, we can ask questions for which we have a good chance of getting relevant answers, most importantly we can build relationships through which we can improve our chances of finding a job. It is not necessary that we have to be noted only by hiring managers and consultants, if you know few managers through this Specialities even they can refer you.
