Thanks for giving me opportunity to answer your question..yes it gives fuel to successful individuals and organisation..actually natural talent involves in continual learning and development..when any body don't have  potential to learn they can not be successful..I met many people in my life they don't have quality of learning and fails to achieve their goals..insted of recity them selves they always blame others or made lame excuses.
